Conscious Care Group are undergoing a period of growth and are looking for a number of new Disability Support Workers to join our team.

Previous experience working within the sector especially with Personal Care and Hoisting/transitioning will be preferred although training will be provided.

Staff with AIN, EN or RN experience are also encouraged to apply.

Conscious Care Group are looking for Support Workers with open availability, with shifts usually occurring between 0600-1400, 1400-2200 and both Active and sleepover overnights from 2200-0600.

Conscious Care Group also have a number of SIL's within the Logan, Ipswich & North Brisbane region, Support Staff willing to travel to this area will take priority during the recruitment process.

All applicants must possess:
Mental Health Experience

Yellow Card/NDIS Workers Clearance

Blue Card/ Working with Children Clearance

First Aid/CPR Certificate

Australian Drivers Licence

Roadworthy and Insured Vehicle

**Salary**: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
