We are looking for personal support workers who will provide culturally appropriate support to our aged care clients that need assistance with everyday living; or are living with a disability. We are looking for workers in the Sherwood(morning and afternoon shifts), Forest Lake, Windaroo, Mt Gravatt and Sunnybank areas.

**About BodeWell**

BodeWell community care deliver in home care, that will include domestic, respite and personal care services to our clients. Our support workers will promote and maintain client’s independence, respect, dignity, choice, and privacy. We want to make sure that our qualified personal support workers maintain a safe and professional relationship with clients while understanding and being respectful of their individuality and diversity.

**Personal Support Workers will assist our clients with**:

- Personal care
- Domestic care
- Shopping
- Social Support
- Meal Preparation
- Transport to appointments

**To be considered for this role you will need to have**:

- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or Disability
- Hold a valid Driver’s Licence,
- Have a reliable and registered vehicle and current car insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Current Manual Handling certificate (will need to obtain while in the screening process)
- Current national police clearance (within 2.5 years) or an NDIS Screening Check
- Need be reliable and have the willingness to work
- Good communication skills
- Hold a Working with Children’s Check (can obtain during screening process)
- Willing to travel 30-35 min to and from client’s homes
- Proof of COVID 19 and flu vaccinations
