**We are currently looking for NDIS/Personal Support Workers at Sherwood/Forest Lake to assist our clients with**:

- Meal preparation
- Shopping
- Provide transport and accompany client within their community and to appointments
- Provide social and personal support
- Domestic duties

**About the Role..**
To provide culturally appropriate support to people who are aged, people living with disability and their carers, through provision of supports as detailed in the client “Support Plan” and “Task List”. To promote and maintain client’s independence, respect their dignity, choice, control and privacy. To develop and maintain a safe and professional relationship with clients while understanding and being respectful of their individuality and diversity.

**About You**
If you are a NDIS/Personal Support Worker with previous experience in the aged or disability industry, this role is for you We are looking for Personal Support Workers to help support our clients with their day-to-day activities and to support them in their community: If you are committed and would like to make a difference to our clients, we would like to hear from you

**To be successful for this role**:

- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or Disability
- Hold a valid Driver’s Licence,
- Have a reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Have current Manual Handling Certificate (will need to obtain while in the screening process)
- Have a NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Hold a Working with Children’s Check or we can help you get one.
- Provide proof of COVID and influenza vaccinations
- Be reliable and have good communication skills
