We currently have an opportunity for a Scheduler **.**Join our Downer Professional Services team and play a key role in delivering complex defence and national security projects that safeguard Australia’s future.

**What You’ll Do**

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

- Develop, maintain, and enhance project schedules to support project objectives.
- Prepare and deliver accurate schedule reports, forecasts, and analysis.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure schedules reflect current project status.
- Provide project governance support and participate in key project workshops.
- Identify and address gaps or opportunities to improve scheduling and reporting.
- Support broader Project Controls activities as required

**What You’ll Bring**
- You must have and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
- Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services firm or the Defence industry.
- More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients. _
