**Internal Communications Lead**.

**This role is a 12-month Fixed Term, Full time and Hybrid contract opportunity based in our CBD office close to Parliament Station.**

**The Role**:
This internal communications role will report to CoINVESTs Marketing Manager and work closely with key strategic stakeholders to develop and deliver an engaging Internal Communications plan, including content, to further the organisational strategic objectives during a significant period of transformation.

**As an individual passionate about enhancing staff engagement, you will also**:

- Develop and manage campaigns ensuring employees are kept up to date and are in alignment to organisational strategy and activity.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive organisational effectiveness, contributing to initiatives that improve staff education and engagement.
- Manage and support relevant partner vendors to ensure accountability and quality.
- Manage relevant budgeting and reporting relating to employee engagement, awareness & communication effectiveness.
