Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Camden Search Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Camden Search is proud to partner with a nationally respected independent regulator to assist them in sourcing an experienced communications professional to play a key role in supporting the People and Culture function to deliver an exciting program of work around reform and organisational strategy.

This role is being offered as a
six month fixed term contract.

The organisation has a National footprint with bases in each State and Territory, and performs a vital and truly niche role in their sector. As a highly respected and professional organisation, they offer significant opportunities for professional growth in an encouraging, supportive and collaborative environment.

We are looking for an experienced Internal Communications Adviser to support the organisation's People and Culture function in the delivery of a significant program of strategy and reform work. The role will provide strategic advice and planning to build out the strategic communications plan for a number of key activities and strategies, including renegotiation of the organisation's Enterprise Agreement and the launch of the organisation's Disability Access and Inclusion Plan, along with a number of new strategies and policies.

Working collaboratively with Executive level stakeholders, the role will help to bring internal communications to life, translating complex ideas into clear, engaging messages that empower the staff and align to the organisation's values. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement skills, prior internal communications experience and thrive in a varied communications role. Reporting into the National Director P&C, this position will support the People & Culture team and provide support as needed.

Candidates will bring a background in communications, PR, or a related field and a passion for people-first storytelling. The role calls for strong writing, editing, and content production skills across modern channels, a collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels. A proactive, customer-focused approach with a sharp eye for detail is critical. Experience in a service delivery or member-based organisation is a bonus, but is not essential.
