Joining our vibrant accounts payable team, you'll work in an accounts payable clerk role on a fixed term contract. With a view to extend, you'll be made to feel welcome and form an integral part of the team and business.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Record and PO match local and foreign supplier invoices into the AP system.
- Follow up on a regular basis on all pending invoices and process.
- Supplier statement reconciliation.
- Organise weekly and monthly EFT payments to suppliers.
- International transfers to overseas suppliers.

**About you**:

- You'll have 3 years of experience in full function accounts payable role to be able to hit the ground running
- Have intermediate Excel skills to filter and manager reports
- Fantastic communication skills. In the role you'll talk to people from all walks of life and at all levels
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the drive to meet deadlines
