**Position**
The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible to ensure all supplier and statutory payment obligations remain compliant with legislative payment requirements.

Duties include:

- Facilitate the timely and efficient processing of supplier invoices and/or claims for payment.
- Maintain payment records in the Accounts Payable system and generate reports to satisfy legislative and procedural requirements.
- Work closely with all business units to ensure claims are properly authorised, certified and checked prior to loading for payment.
- Assist with preparation of fortnightly and adhoc payment runs.
- Assist with month end accounts payable processes and reporting.
- Provide professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in other accounts payable related activities as required.
