Amtek specialises in building customised, engineered vehicle solutions for a range of government and private clients including NSW Ambulance, NSW Police, SES, Disability access and Community purpose vehicles and many more.

Amtek now employs over 200 employees in our Moorebank workshops and office premises and we offer a safe and happy working environment.

**What you will do in the Role**:
**This is a Full-time position based in our Moorebank NSW office.**

**Working hours required are 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday**

This role will be customer facing, managing our front desk and the first point of contact for our Clients and Visitors.
- General Reception duties - Call log management, Scanning, printing, laminating
- Office maintenance and support - General tidying, ordering Kitchen and Stationery supplies, catering
- IT Management - Assist the office with IT support and solutions
- Business support - Data Entry, Intake and collection of Vehicles from our clients, Sales Administration, Vehicle log / register, Reporting and data analysis
- Client enquiry management and support
- Freight management - Coordinating pick and and deliveries for clients and interstate workshops

**Experience, skills and characteristics required**
- Well organised and strong focus on time management in a fast paced environment
- Confident interacting with customers, suppliers/contractors at all levels face to face
- Strong attention to detail with data entry and analysis
- Strong Computer skills and understanding of IT or ability to learn
- Advanced working with Excel software in reporting, date filtering
- MYOB experience preferred
- Software experience with Inventory or Project Management system e. SIMPRO, SAP
- Adaptable to change and ability to learn a range of tasks
- Motivated and positive attitude
- Professional with interactions and personal presentation.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (preferred)
- Inventory software: 2 years (preferred)
- IT troubleshooting: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
