**THE ROLE**
As a Business Engagement Consultant, you will be following up with new and existing clients, offering them guidance across design and installation solutions.

Ideally, you come from a background in Construction, Mechanical, Hydraulic (Plumbing) or Industrial Consulting / Sales and feel like it is time for a change.

Or maybe you have an engineering or trades background and looking for a change.

Above all, you will be an engaging and motivated team player who enjoys the thrill of being an instrumental part in securing and delivering successful design and construction projects.

**To be seriously considered, the requirements are**:

- Ability to sell turnkey solutions to prospective clients through understanding the customers’ needs and requirements of the project at hand.
- Experience offering solutions for products/solutions relating to Compressed Air, Oil/Lubrication or Welding Gases is preferred but not essential.
- The ability to confidently offer design and construction B2B solutions with the goal of winning the business
- Strategising every opportunity to ensure the best outcome for both the business and the customer
- The tenacity to deliver on personal and company goals and be accountable for their achievement.
- Ability to prepare and present pricing proposals.
- Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements with clients.
- Customer service-focused and strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using a contemporary CRM platform
