We currently have an opportunity for a Project Administrator. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in providing accurate and administrative support to the project delivery team. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

**What You’ll Do**

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

- Providing administrative and financial support to Project Managers.
- Assisting subcontractors with information specific to properties.
- Managing administrative tasks related to client communications.
- Mobilising blue-collar workforce and staff personnel in accordance with project requirements.
- Maintaining project documentation, including reports and correspondence.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Experience using business systems and managing dockets from start to finalisation stage.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively managing conflicting priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across all levels.
- Conflict resolution skills and effective management of stakeholder expectations.
