**The Opportunity**:
As the Associate Director for our Economics & Property (E&P) team you will be required to identify and acquire sites for infrastructure development and to provide a range of corporate real estate services to our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with some of Australia's most prominent investors, corporations, institutions and government departments.

You Will
To be successful in this role you will require a high level of commercial acumen, refined negotiation skills, solutions focus and a strategic mindset.
- Identify and acquire sites by purchase or long-term lease.
- Provide whole of lease portfolio strategy and advice.
- Undertake property portfolio due diligence for significant market offerings.
- Ability to generate new work and sustained and profitable business performance, through the maintenance of, and building upon, existing and potential client relationships and professional networks, across the property, energy, renewable energy and telecommunications sectors.
- Assisting with forecasting, project budgeting and financial management.
- Support a high-performance culture and growing our next generation of consultants, nurturing, and developing individual staff members through effective coaching and mentoring.
- Build relationships and identifying opportunities to work collaboratively with colleagues from other disciplines and business units across the broader firm on cross-disciplinary projects.

**About You**:
This position would suit someone who has a minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role, with property and consulting background and a combination of the following competencies:

- Tertiary qualifications in Property
- NSW Real Estate Licence (Minimum Class 2)
- Relevant experience and property industry knowledge, ideally gained in a consultancy environment.
- Significant experience in energy, renewable energy or telecommunications sectors
- Exposure to advanced project management skills by managing own projects and that of other team members within agreed timeframe and budget.
- Demonstrated advanced written and verbal communication skills including producing well written and insightful reports as well as confidence in presenting to internal and external clients.
