**What this job involves**:
**A snapshot of the role**:
Review and prepare online advertising to maximise enquiries
Maintain an on-site inspection schedule that optimises availability of apartment viewings
Host propert inspections that effective inform and educate potential residents of the benefits of the site
Liaise with on-site Property Managers to hand over new residents seamlessly
Maintain leasing reporting systems

A positive and welcoming person who enjoys helping people find their new home
Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with everyone from all walks of life
Strong computer skills, specifically within Microsoft Suite
Ideally previous experience within a similar role
QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration required
