Level 1 Help Desk Support

A full-time 14 month contract role within one of the World's largest sporting governing bodies based in their Sydney office. For a Service Desk or Help Desk Analyst interested in providing high-quality desktop and level 1 help desk support to internal staff of large company.
- Minimum 3 years? experience in a similar role
- Salary guide: $$$ based on experience
- Sydney office
**A normal day includes**:
- Promoting "Customer First" approach with all interactions
- Resolving support problems by providing telephone-based, in-person, hands-on and/or remote support (incident management).
- Office administration within Office 365 and SharePoint Online.
- Assistance in maintaining registers of office technology equipment and software licences.
- Classification and, maintenance of log records for all issues, requests and changes, track until resolution
- Proactive build and maintaining relationships with internal and external suppliers of services.
- Other activities and projects as determined by the needs of the organisation identified by the Service Delivery Manager.

- Minimum 3 years? experience in a similar role within a complex organisation
- Demonstrated experience using MS Office Suite of products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint at an Advanced level
- Office 365 and SharePoint Online administration experience
