Our client is looking for someone to join them early January for an initial 6 weeks with a view to extend. The requirement has come about to help cover the support desk while people are on leave. The desk is very busy so it is highly likely that an extension will be provided for someone who does well.

**To be successful for this role you will need the following skills**:

- Experience working within a Citrix environment.
- Experience working with O365, Azure AD, Intune, MS Teams, SharePoint online and Exchange online.
- Experience with Windows 10 operating system.
- Experience with Networked environments.
- Broad technical experience with mobile and fixed computer devices.
- Experience with MDM system to enrol, troubleshoot, update and maintain mobile devices and laptops.
- Provide timely customer service including updates to customers as per service level agreements.
- Helpdesk problem diagnosis and resolution.
- Helpdesk technical and process documentation including frequently asked questions.
- Record and update all helpdesk issues and requests in the service desk system
- Maintain active directory user and computer accounts.
- Problem management including problem diagnosis and resolution (hardware and software troubleshooting).
- Develop helpdesk and IT knowledgebase (help files).
- Configure desktops, mobile phones, phones, laptops, printers and other peripherals as required.

You will need Australian working rights, and the ability to complete a police check. The team do work onsite most days however have flexibility to work from home when required.
