**Technical Support Help Desk**
Join market leader in Biometric Technology on their Tech Support Help Desk to
ensure quality technical advice & support / sales on Polaroid photography products and ID Station Biometric systems to internal and external customers.
The Technical Support Specialist is an in-house role and works as part of the team with first line contact for clients seeking support with ID Station and photographic products. Support covers, equipment or software configuration, fault finding and fixes. Support is provided via phone, team viewer, or in some cases on site.
There is strong potential for growth and expansion.
**Your key responsibilities will include;**
- Assuring technical advice & support to internal and external customers
- Manning the Tech Support Phone Hotline
- Confirming, documenting and escalating common problems
- Liaising with Sales Team, repair centres and key customers
- Submitting warranty claims for payment
- Providing support to Polaroid General Manager and Marketing
- Assisting with training of internal staff and customers on new and existing product ranges
**You will have;**
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Previous exposure to help desk role in a customer-centric or customer facing environment
- Excellent relationship management skills
- High level of IT literacy in both software and hardware
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment and multi task
- Customer focused “can do” attitude.
