**Join Our Team as Facility Manager**
Are you passionate about climbing and ready to take the lead in an exciting and dynamic environment? We’re looking for a Facility Manager to join our team and help drive the success of our bouldering facility.

**Qualifications**:
- Experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality industries.
- Proven ability to manage teams and inspire a positive work culture.
- Experience managing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and operational budgets.
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Blue Card qualifications (or a willingness to obtain them).
- Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
**What You'll Do**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of passionate individuals, fostering a positive work environment and continuous improvement.
- Cultivate relationships within the climbing community, promoting engagement and loyalty.
- Drive membership growth by implementing strategies for acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for climbers of all levels.
- Perform daily inspections to ensure the facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Oversee special events, new program launches, and renovations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor operational budgets and work to achieve financial goals.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
Supplementary Pay:
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Blue Card (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
