We are less white tablecloth dining and more come-as-you-are kind of vibe. The Ducks do what we can to implement ethical and sustainable business practices on all levels. We work with honest, local suppliers we like who have the best quality produce. Three Blue Ducks at The Farm Byron Bay is set on an 80-acre farm and Macadamia Orchard with views of both the hinterland and Byron’s iconic lighthouse. Our restaurant is open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is available on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday with wedding and other events being held throughout the year.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Experience in working as part of a team in high pressure environments
- A true interest for ethical food, hospitality and people
- Honest and results focused - able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as needed
- Focus on keeping food preparation areas, kitchen equipment, appliances and working areas clean
- Support the team in the receiving deliveries and ensuring they are handled and stored appropriately
- Assist with food preparation for events, daily services and our produce store
- Washing utensils, cutlery and flatware and ensuring recycling, green waste and landfill rubbish are taken care off according to our processes
