**The role**:
At South East Water, we're dedicated to delivering excellence in every aspect of our operations.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with network administrators and software engineers to ensure quality assurance and program logic.
- Liaise with software suppliers to address any issues promptly and ensure seamless operations.

**Who are you?**:
You will also be able to demonstrate the following key skills, knowledge and experience:

- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in information technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage with business managers.
- Commercial acumen to manage 3rd party vendors effectively.
- Technical understanding of the ICT landscape, including information risk management and project management.
- An understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements for Victorian water agencies would be considered advantageous.
