We have an exciting leadership opportunity for a **State Manager, VIC **to** **lead the team within the Transition to Work program (**South East Melbourne & Peninsula, Ballarat & Inner Metro Melbourne**) and help build and shape one of Australia’s fastest growing employment services organisations that beats to an enterprising heart.

**About the Role**

The State Manager supports the Executive Director in managing staff and resources to achieve the successful delivery of Employment Services within their state. Responsible for the leadership, management, coordination and financial management of the Transition to Work contract within their state, ensuring that the Company’s operational and financial objectives are achieved.
