McLean Care are looking for a highly motivated person to join their recruitment team for a fixed term of 6 months.

As an Assistant Talent Acquisition Officer you will be responsible for handling workflow directed to you from the Talent Acquisition Lead.

IMMEDIATE START, WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN HIT THE GROUND RUNNING

**Your Role**:

- Assisting with staffing requirements in the very fast and busy aged care industry/ability to work under pressure
- Assist with all end-to-end recruitment activities for all positions
- Able to multi task
- Maintaining great relationships with our managers
- Have analytical and problem solving skills

**Experience**:

- Previous recruitment experience is desirable
- Demonstrated experience in the full-cycle recruitment and selection process
- Full working rights in Australia
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Available Monday - Friday
- Ability to undertake multiple tasks at once
- A self-motivated person who shows initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised, detailed and work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and 'people' skills.
- A confident and positive attitude.
