**_ Please note this position is a 1 year max term contract role._**

**What you will do**:
Reporting to the Head of Growth, the Lifecycle Manager will be responsible for helping

to define and implement our growing customer engagement and retention strategies. Building on the infrastructure already in place that includes CDP triggered events, granular attributes for segmentation, with opportunities to leverage personalisation, SMS and push notifications.
- Define and execute Flip’s CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy, including new user onboarding, prospect nurturing, and customer cross-sells
- Build and maintain an audience segmentation framework to service commercial & marketing campaign requirements.
- Continually test and learn, deepening audience segmentation and targeting
- Define KPIs and work alongside data and product teams to develop processes for campaign reporting and analysis
- Implement processes to effectively prioritise and streamline user communications, and put in place rigorous QA processes
- Dig into customer insights and tailor messaging and distribution channels accordingly
- Collaborate with all other marketing channel owners and partners to ensure our calendars align and launch campaigns to drive new and repeat purchases.

**Who are we looking for**:
We are looking for a passionate and structured person to spearhead the next phase of growth through our customer communication.. The key skills and experience we are looking for are as follows:

- Advance knowledge in Google Analytics, HTML, Liquid templates and CRMs
- Strong analytical skills and experience for creating data-driven decisions through A/B testing, campaign reports, dashboard and analytics
- Creative, innovative with a strong understanding of growing brands
- Passionate about tech, activities and adventure
- High attention to detail, confident communication skills for reporting to stakeholders at different levels
- Curious and a good problem solver, confident and happy taking ownership
- Strong work ethic and a passion for working in a start-up environment
- 3-5 years experience of CRM and Lifecycle Marketing
- Understanding and appreciation of our brand and products
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong written, oral and presentation skills
