This prominent company is a dominant player in the health insurance industry and is currently involved in a range of exciting initiatives across the organization. In response to high demand, the company is searching for a skilled Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of critical lifecycle, member support, and retention communication campaigns.

As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, the primary focus of this role will be to design and implement campaigns that enhance member retention and experience rates. By delivering targeted communications through both traditional and digital channels, the specialist will help members comprehend the value of their coverage and ensure they receive the right messaging at the right time. Ultimately, the goal is to improve member satisfaction and increase the company's overall performance

Day to day you will be responsible for;
- End to end campaign planning and delivery of key lifecycle, member support and retention communications
- Support in the delivery of mandatory communications
- Work with a high performing, collaborative team to ensure stakeholders are briefed and kept in the know with projects
- Have a customer first approach to all things marketing
- Make a difference by sharing your ideas with the team and adding value on activity
- Support the Lifecycle Marketing team to deliver targeted campaigns focusing across Acquisition, engagement, and retention

You will be passionate about lifecycle marketing activity with an enthusiasm for putting the customer first. If you have proven experience working in a Lifecycle role this is highly desirable. You will enjoy working in a team and collaborative environment and have experience in managing stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Strong end-to-end marketing campaign experience and a proven track record of results
- Strong skills in utilising data and analytics to measure and derive insights that will help refine and optimise campaigns
- Strong grasp of current lifecycle marketing strategies and in designing multi-channel campaigns
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment with a flexible, agile approach to delivery.
