**About the role at Zip**

As a People Operations Specialist, you will play a hands-on role supporting delivery of our global People Operations procedures that enable exceptional people experiences at scale. Skilled at optimising process design and delivery models, you’ll enjoy working with data to create technology-led solutions while also providing front-line support for our employees and managers as part of a close-knit team.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- HR Policy Development and Implementation - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulation
- HR Strategy Development - Partner with the business to develop a Human Resource strategy and roadmap to support the future business needs
- HR Process Management and Improvement - Implement and improve HR policies, technology and initiatives

- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
- Prioritization - Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
