Analyst, Manager Selection & Portfolio Construction

Create impact as a **Manager, Selection & Portfolio Construction Analyst**
Join the largest insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.

**YOUR ROLE**
Join the IAG Asset Management (IAGAM) and support our investment team in research and development of investment strategies across our entire portfolio.

You'll collaborate closely with Investment Specialists and other team members to analyse, assess risk, and optimize the performance of our investment assets. Your role will in the measurement, management, and control of all risks associated with our investment strategies not in align with the risk appetite of our business unit.

Additionally, you'll contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing our investment manager research processes.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Your communication and influencing skills, teamwork and knowledge of asset risk management and financial markets knowledge will shine
- You'll highlight your experience in derivatives and financial modelling and familiarity with specialist risk analysis and portfolio management systems
- A bachelor's degree in finance or related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience
