**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a
**Payroll Manager**
***help drive our continued growth. This role will see you mentoring and leading staff, as well as driving the payroll function of the business.

Reporting directly to the Divisional Financial Controller, you will;
- Collate payroll documentation for internal staff (AU and Singapore Office) including employment contracts, TFN declarations, superannuation information and other employee data
- Maintain payroll system and ensure staff records are up-to-date and accurately process internal payrolls within required timeframes
- Oversee the process of external payroll for 400 fixed term contractors
- Oversee the completion of margin reporting associated with external payroll processing and provide assistance where required
- Producing month end payroll reports required by the finance team
- Actively engage with contractors and staff where they require assistance with payroll activities
- External Stakeholder Management
- Banks, Auditors, Statutory Agencies, People Infrastructure

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Substantial experience in a similar role in payroll and management
- Be a team player, and have the ability to lead a team
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills
- Self-organized individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level numeracy and with great attention to detail
