**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a **Technical Officer - Fleet Services** to be part of our Fleet Services, Finance and Business Services Command team. The Technical Officer is responsible for working within a team supporting the business unit in regard to new vehicles and equipment selection, for the NSW Police Force Fleet.

As part of the technical team providing fleet related services to the NSW Police Force, how would you respond to a request from a senior officer for an after-market GVM upgrade to a light commercial vehicle? How would you determine the need for such an upgrade? What are some essential considerations associated with a GVM upgrade?
