**Deliver the essential operational learning activities to support Suncorp meeting regulatory and code obligations.**

An exciting opportunity for a Learning Consultant within the Group Learning & Governance team has become available. The successful applicant will have strong process knowledge and a continuous improvement mindset. Reporting to the Learning Leader - Regulatory Compliance, you will deliver the key enablement activity and execution of complex operational learning activities such as maintaining allocation rules, validating Partner activities, and supporting escalations. You’ll join an agile learning team who are passionate about their team culture, driving improvements in learning operations and governance and you will be afforded autonomy in your work.
**What you’ll do**
- Enable Tier 0 (self-service) and Tier 1 (Learning Partner) transactional learning activity consistent with established standards.
- Support query management in line with tiered service delivery model and SLAs by providing advice to clients for simple matters and consulting with others for more complex matters.
- Use Service Now to track and record all transactions
- Manage Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) review cycle, updates and new processes.
- Work collaboratively with the partner (Genpact) to maintain/optimise operational learning delivery
- Support and embed the agreed learning frameworks building consistency across the team
- Support P&C Systems with SME input, impact analysis and user acceptance testing as required
- Identify trends and areas for continuous improvement in self-help tools (and Tier 0).
- Maintain existing OLS Support SharePoint pages and associated Learning resources to enable self-service.
- Identify opportunities and offer recommendations to streamline and simplify existing processes, procedures and templates.
**What you’ll bring**
- 2-3 years’ experience in HR/learning/client facing operations
- Demonstrated experience in handling matters independently or with limited guidance
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems through root cause analysis and identifying/implementing appropriate solutions
- Strong process knowledge and continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
