Take charge of the night and oversee the hotel, ensuring safety, smooth operations, and exceptional service. Prepare reports, balance transactions, and manage check-ins with a friendly touch. Promote hotel amenities and upsell for an unforgettable stay. Swiftly handle guest concerns, ensuring every moment is memorable. Embrace the role and make every guest's overnight experience outstanding.
**Qualifications** What you will bring to the role**:

- Previous Night Audit / Front Office experience.
- Valid and full drivers licence
- Prior experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and Opera (or a related PMS system). POS experience is an asset
