**Your new role**:
Joining the team at AWM Electrical in Clayton as Warehouse Supervisor, you will work under the Warehouse Manager and be responsible for the efficient and organised coordination of day-to-day warehouse and inventory related activities.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- The supervision and leadership of a team of 17 full-time warehouse staff (up to 32 staff total including part-timers and casuals)
- Ensuring the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction being the primary goal
- Implementing OH&S requirements and systems
- Maintaining stocktake and inventory integrity
- Leading by example in daily warehousing operations including loading and unloading goods, picking orders, replenishments, managing back-orders, invoicing, reconciling stock levels etc.
- Seeking and implementing improvements in operating systems
- Building strong relationships with all transport companies and packaging suppliers

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a supervisor or management role (highly desirable)
- Experience with rostering and inventory management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer focused and results driven attitude
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high attention to detail
- Willingness to get your hands dirty alongside the warehouse team and lead by perfect example
- Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills
- Proactive decision maker, adept with problem-solving
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
