Well established engineering company is recruiting an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director.

**The Company**

Our client is a well established engineering company established over 30 years ago. They have branches located nationwide and supply products to the building & construction industry, including major government projects.

**The Role**

An excellent new opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to support a busy Managing Director in this growing company.

You will be responsible for providing one-on-one support to the MD across wide ranging tasks and projects, requiring someone with strong time management, communication skills and initiative to come on board.

Duties include:

- Prepare Employment Contracts using in-house HR and Performance Management System
- Input, update, and report on KPIs for key employees across the group
- Co-ordinate on-boarding of all new staff including issuing of company assets and initial training packs
- Manage and lead company brand image program including branch signage and branding, company uniforms, service awards and recognition awards for outstanding employee performance across the group.
- Some travel and function organization and coordination
- Assist other head office requirements as required

**Skills and Experience**
- Prior experience in a commercial business
- Excellent Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
- Good attention to detail with excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Results orientated
