**Description**:
Located in Carole Park, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team for an immediate start. This is permanent full-time role, working 38 hours per week Monday to Friday reporting to the Finance Accountant.
**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:
Maintaining customer accounts ledger
Receipting EFT payments received from bank statements
Debtor control for non-Major accounts, including liaising with customers ensuring a timely follow up and collection of outstanding accounts
Customer contact on outstanding invoices, credit claims, etc.
Set up of new customers
**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be considered for this role, you will have**:
5 years accounts receivable experience ideally with major chain customer accounts
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail
Proficiency in excel
