**The company**
$20 million Australian organisation operating nationally, our client is the largest service provider in their specialist area. Their services are provided to the construction and infrastructure industry with both private and government clients.

**The role**
You will report to the CFO and work closely with a supportive team. The role offers complexity and plenty of internal and external contact. You need to own your ledger, be proactive, organised and love dealing with people.

**The responsibilities**
Your responsibilities will include:

- setting up new customers in the accounting system.
- responsibility for conducting credit checks and credit assessments.
- receipting and allocating payments.
- managing enquiries and resolving problems.
- account reconciliations and preparing monthly statements.
- solid full function accounts receivable experience.
- demonstrated ability to be a self-starter.
- a great phone manner and clear communication.
