Position: Facilities Services Professional

Premier FM is a Facilities Management services company, utilising our comprehensive industry experience and insights to facilitate optimal asset management. We are looking for a Facilities Services Professional to help build our client base in Sydney, who will specialise in the sales and promotion of Premier FM building maintenance and facilities management services to corporate and industrial clients.

Position Description:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and expertise on Premier FM’s different types of facilities management services; possess ability to provide thorough and clear explanation of services to prospective client
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and cultivate prospective clients
- Generate leads and compile a database of corporate and industrial contact
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, like the Strata Committee and Strata Managers
- Assess client needs and making recommendations on facilities management services
- Conduct high level negotiations with external providers of facilities management services to achieve prompt, reliable, cost effective, quality services for Premier FM clients
- Tender all service contracts and provide appropriate scope of works for each contract for tendering process; make compelling and targeted sales pitch and work closely with key stakeholders (internal team, building managers, contractors, etc)
- Carry out site visits and inspections of the building sites and properties with a view to ensuring service contracts are executed to the highest quality, and finding opportunities to promote additional service
- Award, administer, and supervise all facilities and maintenance service contracts following prior approvals by clients
- Ensure all contracted technicians and staff have completed specific induction programs before commencing service; maintain formal register and comply with OHS standards
- Research and be familiar with competitor services and pricing; be able to identify market opportunities for growing Premier FM clientele.
- Report sales and contract acquisition activities to Management on a monthly basis
- Handle all client feedback and acting on them immediately to ensure client satisfaction

Key Skills:

- Previous sales experience, especially in corporate and industrial facilities management services will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Familiar with CRM3 management system

Qualifications:

- At least a bachelor degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications

- Alexandria, NSW 2015: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
