**Receptionist - Position Summary**

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers to the organisation, creating a welcoming and professional front-facing presence.

In addition to front desk duties, the Receptionist also provides general administrative support across the business. Key tasks include collecting and distributing mail, maintaining a tidy and organised kitchen area, assisting with Board meeting preparations, and ordering office supplies and consumables.

**Responsibilities**
- Receive and welcome visitors and callers to the office in a professional manner.
- Provide timely and current information to members about services and programs available
- NetSuite.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including mail collection and posting outgoing mail.
- Maintain the presentation of the front office, kitchen and boardroom, ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and tidy and that the presentation of the boardroom, the front office, entrance foyer, members’ area and staff area are maintained to a professional standard at all times.
- Ensure that all stationery supplies and other office consumables are maintained at the required level.
- Ensure accurate stocktaking of stationery and assist with checking and ordering printing supplies such as paper and ink.
- Provide administrative support to staff members as required, including photocopying, scanning, archiving and data entry.
- Receive and distribute courier deliveries as appropriate.
- Assist with collating meeting documentation.
- Undertake other duties as directed by the Member Services Manager.

**Experience and Education**
- Previous experience in a customer service/office administration role and working with CRM.
- Experience in dealing with a variety of different stakeholders and Indigenous People
- Completion of Year 12 is preferred but not essential.

- Sound computer skills using Word, Excel and Outlook

- Punctual and reliable

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
