**ABOUT THE**
**ROLE***:
**Summary of the role**:

- Full time - Monday to Friday
- Mercy Place Ballarat - Residential Aged Care
- Primary Purpose/focus of the role - Provide oversight of the operations within households to support the everyday needs of residents in order to live healthy, enriching and meaningful lives under the small household living model
- Lead, coach, and mentor our Care Companions in best practice outcomes.
- To provide oversight and support the daily operations, financial and human resource management, maximising funding, and support strategic goals of the service through the small household model.
- Act as the food safety supervisor for the facility

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Current Certificate/Diploma qualifications in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety Supervision.
- Demonstrated understanding and/or experience in personal care or individual support in an aged care setting.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
- High standard of verbal and written communication skills, and an understanding of health and safety as it relates to personal care work and food handling.
