We have an opportunity for an **Experienced office manager** to join our team at **Doctors&Co Management**
We require an individual who is **highly motivated**, **enthusiastic** with a **"can do"** attitude towards all tasks, ability to work autonomously at a fast pace as well as in a team. This will be a growing practice so a bubbly personality is a must as well as is the ability to think on your feet
- The role will be based in Bendigo / Ballarat
- Maintains forward thinking and support the Head of Operations and the Practice Managers to implement strategies that mitigate any future risks.
- 6 clinics to look after - Ballarat, Delacombe, Bendigo, Armstrong creek, Torquay and Roxburgh park.
- Visit - Armstrong creek and Torquay once in a fortnight
- Coach, mentor and guide the Centre Practice Manager and the senior reception, and (where appropriate) other staff and initiate face-to-face engagements with all Health Care Professionals frequently
- Day to day operations of the clinics - GP coverage, marketing, equipment’s, updating website, online booking systems
- Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and revenue growth by reviewing profit and loss statements as well as budgets to ensure financial targets are achieved.
- Clinical software’s - setting up GPs, nurses, reception.
- Ensure centre support with required tools for efficient operations through purchasing and inventory management.
- Inspire a learning and high-performance culture within the centres by setting KPI’s and administering annual development plans for each direct report.
- Working with PHN - tenders and other paperwork for compliance
- Supporting accreditations
- Marketing, networking on the ground - meeting the doctors, attending events for networking opportunities, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, local community presence - hospitals etc)
- Other tasks and projects as assigned Manage General Practitioners (GPs) satisfaction and retention by developing and maintaining high quality commercially effective working relationships and providing timely and valued support.
Required:
- Experience in General practice management or relevant field.
- Able to work both independently at onsite centre visits, remote and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience in effective operational management, business growth and improving customer service in a multi-site environment.
Master degree in management or relevant experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $30.36 - $35.54 per hour
