This opportunity is a vital role to shape the future of how our services support our community. **The opportunity** Reporting to the General Manager, ICT & Digital, the position has accountability for leading a community centred approach to service provision and delivery. The Manager ICT Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring that an organisation’s technology systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. The Manager ICT Operations ensures that “the lights stay on” — systems are running, users are supported, and technology enables productivity rather than hindering it. They bridge the gap between technical teams and business leadership, balancing operational stability with innovation. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, leader with strong financial, project, and people motivational skills.
