**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Coordinate and liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with design specifications and regulations.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and control project progress, addressing any potential issues or delays to keep projects on track.
- Enforce safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe and professional working environment.
- Lead and motivate construction teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.
- Manage procurement and vendor selection processes to ensure the availability of necessary materials and services.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management, keeping them informed about project status and performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (equivalent practical experience will also be considered).
- Proven track record of successful project management in commercial construction, including fit-outs, new builds, and refurbishments.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Relevant industry certifications and licenses are advantageous.
