**Qualifications**/Experience:
- minimum 2 years MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE in hospitality IS A MUST
- Strong communication skills is a must
- Empathy, and the ability to give constructive feedback to the team, whilst staying empathetic
- Passion for hospitality and excellent service
- Goal-driven and accustomed to a respectful, and rewarding environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to lead a small team
- Ability to build relationships with customers and help build a loyal customer base
- Organised and able to do rostering and orderint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong management experience in a busy hospitality environment
- Administration skills

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Leichhardt, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
