**The Role**

We are currently looking for a talented Contracts Manager - Renewable Energy to join our Energy team in Brisbane on a permanent basis. You will be given an exclusive opportunity to work on an iconic Renewable Energy project which will change the way we deliver Australia’s energy to countries worldwide.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting and drawing up contractual agreements
- Prepare and maintains bidder lists, ensuring supporting input is received from all functional groups
- Prepare bid request packages
- Develop and evaluate bids and bidder recommendations
- Prepare negotiation plans
- Prepare contact documentation
- Operate/interface in the project documentation systems
- Assist the Project Manager to implement and review the effectiveness of procurement and contracts
- Set up and maintain hard copy files. Set up and maintain hard copy document library.
- Deal with obsolete documents and withdraw them from use.
- Maintain up to date quality documents, including the Master Document Index and Document Codification Schedule, in the system as directed by the Delivery & Controls Manager.

**About You**
- Proficient in all phases of the formation and administration of contracts and contract agreements, including types, terms and legal requirements
- Knowledge of change management procedures - request for information, change notices, change orders, amendments, claims and dispute resolution
- Experience working on moderate or large-scale complex projects
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
