Auscare is going through an exciting period of change and growth, incorporating new business strategies and focus. With a new direction planned, there is an exciting opportunity available for a skilled and energetic HR & Recruitment Manager. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

The successful applicant will be a strategically minded recruitment professional who enjoys the variety of managing end to end recruitment and general HR Operations.

**Required skills, attributes and experience include**:

- Ambitious, hard worker
- Advanced people skills including communicating clearly, motivating people to achieve and working with Division Managers.
- Demonstrated strong administration skills.
- Performance under pressure.
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems and move between systems, including experience with MS office and recruitment software.
- Tertiary Qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of delivering end to end high volume recruitment.
- Senior management and leadership experience.
- Experience working in aged care, disability or other health sector preferred but not essential.

As the HR/Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for overseeing day to day recruitment operations, assisting with developing strategic HR initiatives across the group and managing a scheduling team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage existing recruitment team and processes to deliver up to 80 new staff per week, including validating new hire qualifications, induction, follow-up and retention.
- Manage recruitment for all other Auscare positions.
- Manage a team that schedules staff for our brokerage disability and community clients.
- Develop, implement and manage ongoing staff training/skills including continuous validation of qualifications currency and match to requirements.
- All compliments and complaints dealt with effectively with awards or performance plans developed where necessary and, up to date records maintained in the ‘Quality Management System’ files for the ISO 9001 audits.
- Develop and maintain the tools, templates and processes to manage the employee life cycle including; recruitment, induction, on boarding, performance coaching, performance improvement and exit process more effectively.
- Supporting employee escalations, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, coaching and mentoring as required.
- Act as a change agent for the wider group while supporting the realignment and launch of newly created group culture and values framework.
- Building the permanent placement portfolio of Auscare Group.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
