**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Based in Welshpool, you’ll be part of an outcomes focused team responsible for end to end recruitment for CPS National, ensuring top talent is secured for our growing operations. You will focus on the delivery of quality, timely and efficient placement of talent and will enjoy a breadth of positions to recruit end to end, including trades, engineering and management - ensuring you are continually challenged and learning new things.

Key aspects of the role include:

- Providing full function recruitment services across a broad range of positions and locations;
- Involvement in local, regional and national recruitment campaigns and activities (including annual apprentice and graduate programs);
- Involvement in the review and analysis of our recruitment processes and systems for ongoing process improvement.

You will be comfortable working in a busy, high volume environment and will be able to demonstrate an ability to work autonomously and display drive, initiative and creative thinking on a day to day basis.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this fast-paced role you will possess:

- High volume in-house or agency recruitment and/or resourcing experience (ideally in a manufacturing, engineering or trade environment);
- Well-developed interpersonal and customer service skills;
- High level organisation skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach along with a natural ability to use your own initiative to solve problems
- High-level attention to detail, particularly in regards to administrative processes.
