Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and onboard skilled tradespeople and professionals across diverse roles, from mechanics to healthcare specialists.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms and maintain the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist hiring managers where needed to understand workforce needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Assist with career expos, international seminars, and local networking events to promote Ready Resources.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine our recruitment practices and align them with company objectives.

Who You Are

  • An experienced recruiter or HR professional with a passion for innovation and growth.
  • A confident communicator who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of workforce needs in the resources, energy, or construction industries is a plus. but a willingness to learn is just as valuable
