**HR/Recruitment Team Leader**

Rapidly expanding health-care provider Auscare Group needs a proven HR/Recruitment specialist to lead our recruitment team.

**Recruitment**

Our Staffing Division provides temporary nursing, personal care, Allied Health, domestic and kitchen staff to residential aged and disability facilities, hospitals and others.

Rapid growth in demand means we need to step up our hiring rate, with an immediate target of another 200 staff (full time, part time, casual and permanent).

We are looking for a star performer with at least five years experience and an unshakeable focus on results. You’ll need to be innovative in accessing new hiring sources and competitive in making sure workers choose us over competitors.

Our recruitment process is end-to-end, from advertising to nurturing new hires through their first weeks to ensure their success.

Auscare is planning further expansions over the next three years, creating expanding career opportunities.

Recruitment for all other Auscare positions, especially management, will be part of the role.

**HR role**

The HR part of this role will include:

- Develop, implement and manage ongoing staff training/skills including continuous validation of qualifications currency and match to requirements.
- Ensure all compliments and complaints dealt with effectively with awards or performance plans developed where necessary and, up to date records maintained in the ‘Quality Management System’ files for the ISO 9001 audits.
- Develop and maintain the tools, templates and processes to manage the employee life cycle including; recruitment, induction, on boarding, performance coaching, performance improvement and exit process more effectively.
- Support employee escalations, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, coaching and mentoring as required.
- Act as a change agent for the wider group while supporting the realignment and launch of newly created group culture and values framework.

**About Auscare**

Auscare’s other Divisions include Disability Services (in home support, mostly though NDIS), Community Services (in home care for older people, mostly through Federal Aged Care programs) and Home Modifications for people with limited mobility.

Auscare is also a Registered Training Organisation providing a range of training options to the sector.

A marketing team provides support to all the Divisions, especially via targeted eNewsletters.

**About you**

To succeed in this role, it’s critical you have sound, hands-on knowledge of:

- Talent acquisition techniques.
- Employment law and practices.

**You’ll need**:

- Computer software skills including the ability to quickly learn multiple new programs and move smoothly between them.
- Administration skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - be able to communicate with a variety of people and be culture sensitive.
- The ability to track and report results to a set format, regularly, promptly and accurately.

**Most important though will be**:

- A success focus: determination and commitment.
- Team building and leadership abilities.
- Senior management and team leadership experience.
- A proven track record of delivering end to end high volume recruitment.
- Performance under pressure.

**We’re looking for**:

- Tertiary Qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
- Experience working in aged care, disability or other health sector preferred but not essential.
