**About the Role**:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Computer System Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient maintenance, refurbishment, and reconfiguration of computer systems and electronics, contributing to our vision of sustainable IT solutions.

This position is classified under the ICT Technician nec (ANZSCO 313199) category and offers a rewarding opportunity to work on meaningful and innovative technology projects.

**Duties**
- Refurbish and reconfigure computer systems and hardware to extend usability.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with electronic devices and IT systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Perform secure data wiping and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
- Support the re-use and redeployment of IT assets within client organizations.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sustainable IT solutions.
- Document system configurations, processes, and maintenance records accurately.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor Degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing computer systems and electronic devices.
- Knowledge of IT asset disposal, refurbishment, and recycling processes is highly regarded.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with tools and techniques for secure data wiping.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices related to IT asset management.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
