**Responsibilities**:
Oversee day-to-day operations in the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems, ensuring stock levels are consistently optimized. Lead and mentor a team of dedicated warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.

Develop and enforce safety protocols, minimizing the risk of accidents and injuries.

Conduct regular stocktake and inventory audits to guarantee accurate records and minimize discrepancies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Managing a team of 8-10 and sucessfully integrating safe occupational health and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in warehouse management (2 years experience), ideally within a similar industry.

MUST have proven experience managing and supervising a team of 5+ in a warehouse setting

Strong knowledge of injury management and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Excellent stocktake and inventory skills, ensuring accurate tracking of products and minimizing stockouts.

Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.

Proficiency in warehouse management software and systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Experience working with adversity and proven knowledge of injury management and OHS practices.
