**Your new role**
As a People Technology Specialist, you will work with stakeholders across the business as part of a team delivering the functional Workday requirements across the company's enterprise and designing solutions to meet those needs.
You will work to identify opportunities for automation and optimisation of processes, liaise with IT Vendors on system support and development, undertake regular system performance reviews, and contribute to process redesign and change activities to ensure business adoption.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous technical experience using Workday and demonstrating problem-solving and mastery of the system.
- Knowledgeable about Workday Business Processes, as well as in determining and communicating best practices in entering and maintaining systems data.
- Previous experience implementing HRIS modules in an organisation
- Basic understanding of HR processes and procedures
- The ability to communicate and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
