This B2B sales representative role is easy to follow. You'll build relationships with potential clients, assess their cleaning needs, and create custom proposals that meet their budget. You'll also answer questions, ensure customer satisfaction, and close deals.

**Responsibilities**:
- Build client relationships and assess their cleaning needs.
- Create custom proposals and answer questions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and close deals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and gather necessary information
**Required Skills**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to assess client needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Results-driven and able to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
**Remuneration**:
- Guaranteed Base wage/Salary.
- Up to 50% commission on sales.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
