The successful person will have extensive experience and a proven track record in accounts and administration. Your skills and knowledge will have been obtained through a number of years in similar roles.

This is a key position in our very busy office in Mandurah. Part time working hours from 8:30am - 4pm across 4 days in the week. Flexibility for additional hours as required is essential. This is not a school hours role.

**This role includes**:

- Accounts payable
- Processing stocktakes
- Stock and ingredient ordering/purchases
- Weekly financial reporting
- Petty cash management
- Banking
- Routine administration
- Ad hoc projects

**You will be**:

- Able to work at a fast pace and have demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks successfully.
- Confident using Excel and MYOB
- Diligent and analytical in your approach to your work
- Able to identify and implement system improvements in a well-structured office
